It just happen to me too.Going through renders there is a scene in which Ada caught you in the dressroom.But that didn't happen in my play.

I, initially, thought this too...I was wrong, if you go back that far and change your mind;
A. If you make her first time "special"- you're locked on the Elly path.
B. If you just have soapy-soapy, sudsy, fun-time with her in the tub (revoking her "V" card)- you're locked on the Harem path.
Depending on which one you decide- will be how your game plays out in future updates. So do you want it all or are you content with the fiery, redheaded Vixen... (Tough call.)
Also, (as I discovered, or rather had pointed out to me) the walkthrough pretty much tells you which choices to make to get the desired path.
