Failing to possess ones apprentice with an ancient sith dark side technique and having your spirit getting dragged off to an eternity of torment and suffering as a consequence.
I'd say that's number one for me.
Me too
@@TheStupendousWaveJEDI SCUM!!!
I’m calling the superhero The Marvelous wave to stop you Jedi scums!
Didn;t exhar khun suffer a similer fate to that as well?
@Zenithx622 If I remember the comic. He originally spent 3 or 4 thousand years as a spirit trapped in his temple in complete solitary confinement within total darkness before eventually being defeat by Luke Skywalker's students which resulted in his soul being blasted into Chaos for an eternity of suffering and torment.
But in the end it's all technically 'legends'.
@@rbrucerye i foudn teh old comics about it and read it and yeah ouch he cried out for his former friend too, too many nasty things in starwars lol
Tenbrous: "It hurts."
Diavolo: "I know."
Ah, Stupendous. You always give me such grand ideas of what I can do to people.
Hearing Anakin’s thesis. The use of dichotomy within makes Jedi want to leap from tall buildings.
YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO BRING THAT UP
Well it’s not considered “murder”. Palpatine himself opined: “Jedi Masters are always throwing themselves out of windows”. That’s legal precedent now.
I definitely think the puzzle box from the first KOTR game is worth a mention; being stuck in endless, timeless limbo for eternity unless someone else happens to open said box and release you to take over their body is creepy enough to be mentioned even if it doesn’t compare to a lot of these in terms of pure torture.
I survived Stupendous Wave 23+ min of Sith Schooling.
Now with this knowledge I will go out a make my enemies tremble with fear.
Thanks!
Thanks for the Nightmares Stupendous, I wished you'd kept this for Halloween.
I'm not sure if you gave the Sarlaac enough credit. There's one legends source I read, I think it was in Tales from Jaba's Palace, or one of them, that painted an even grizzlier picture. It depicted Boba Fet's escape from the Sarlaac pit. It hinted that the sarlaac would actually keep its victims alive for some time to preserve them as they dijested, and that it was telepathic as well. Imagine being in the Sarlaac, but trapped on an inside wall, unable to move, unable to do anything, stuck there, for however long it took you to die, but kept somewhat alive by the beast that has you in its clutches.
That’s right, keeping you alive for centuries or millennia. Having nothing to do but sit and being tortured for the rest of your life.
And it is communicating with you
I think the way Plaguies Killed his Master Tenebrous was horrific as hell.. being stuck in eternal limbo forced to relive your dying moment
Nah, you're thinking about Venemis.
Both tbh
I survived. There's also the fate of having your mind trapped in a Rakkattan prison. I feel like that would be a potential tier 1 fate
That’s a great one!
I survived. But dude! At least one or two of the lists I’ve seen included things like getting your planet blown up by the death star, dying in a trash, compactor, or being killed by a Wookiee.
Great list. Was hoping the Thought Bomb would be included and glad when it got mentioned; the descriptions of the victims’ fates were very chilling to read in those books.
What a wonderful way to start my work week. Thanks!
Enjoy!
Dying as Han Solo before you sleep with Leia is def number 1
Come on, get serious.

@@ashkorfrost What does the C, stand for?
@@kevin-2.1it’s a different smiley face like (: or c:
I SURVIVED!!!
Also, Essence Transfer is probably the worst way to go.
There are three that I can think of now that I've survived. 1 Is having essence transfer used on you to kill you and revive you to keep you from fulling dying, like what Palpatine did to the DS engineer, kind of like what Plagueis did to Venamis. 2 Is being trapped as a Sith spirit who besides a few exceptions are unable to do or effect anything beyond your resting place, and 3 is being subjected to the Force walk ritual.
Sidious final death when Jedi of 50 thousand years all togather dragged him back to hell to keep him there forever.
What's worse? Sidious being stuck there...or all those Jedi stuck with him to make sure he stays.
Reading the Tenebrous Way for the first time was a haunting experience.
Feel like Darth Vader was death in life, constant regret and agony literally wearing his coffin
Dying from the Mass Shadow Generator at Malachor V was one of the worst ways to go. I mean let's face it, that event resulted in a massive Wound in the Force.
My worst nightmare, would be to, be a sith my whole life, figure out how to impart my soul onto a holocron, then for the rest of time, be studied by young Jedi's and referred to as "a sith so weak, we trust younglings to be alone with his soul imparted holocron"
I survived. I think the last fate you showed is indeed the worst of the worst. Worse than Hell.
I survived. My man Tenebrous gave himself the ultimate bamboozle. 💀
I survived. In my opinion the worst fate is what happened to exar kun when he bound his spirit to his temple in order to survive. He ended up being alone with no way of communicating for millennia. Being a wandering spirit alone in a ruined dark temple with nothing but your own thoughts sounds awful!
Was he still a follower of the dark side after so many years or did he not care about it anymore and was just hoping anyone could one day free him?
He was still a follower of the dark side. Eventually in Legends Luke skywalker built is Jedi Academy inside Exar Kuns temple. He tried to corrupt Luke’s students but was stopped and his spirit was destroyed. Honestly his spirit would make a great antagonist in canon after the Sequels. But that’s just one man’s opinion
I really want to sleep to your videos but the “P’s” and “S” sounds from your mic make it hard. I love you work btw
The sarlacc will give nourishment to its victims to keep them alive for at least their natural lifespans , some sources say it also injects a enzyme that slows or halts the body from ending before digestion I'd complete
I feel like the last one, the "loser's" essence would either be forced back into their own body or go to the afterlife if their body could not sustain it due to severe injury.
How about the Rakata Mind Prison? That seems like an unpleasant way to spend eternity, trapped in a white void.
This is terrible list. Dying by lightsaber, blaster bolt, brain worms,Star Weirds,Sarlaac,Darth Venemus,Obi-Wan on Zeigula. Essence transfer-terrifying. Aboslutely. Good number 1. Terrifying. May the Force be with you too😊
Being killed by Vitiate in Ziost or Nathema/Medriass.
Or having your force energy sucked out by Nihlus.
Or being gooped by the Mnaggl-Mnaggl.
We have a Mnaggl-Mnaggl in our Earth (The entire Disney Section)
No contest. That last one is truly the worst fate. Yet I -no- WE survived. The scars though, the nightmares, they will remain. May the Force be with us...
I survived, but my soul is powering a droid. Entechment would be mine.
"I Survived". Saying that though...one thing to add to the list would definitely be Ententchment by a certain Saurian Empire in SW: The Truce Of Bakura
Another monster that would be horrifying to be attacked by is the Syrox from Maul: Lockdown. An enormous and disgusting worm-like creature which, if I remember correctly, absorbs the victim’s consciousness into its own while eating their body.
Speaking of the Lockdown novel, simply being sentenced to the Cog Hive Seven prison should probably count for either of the lower two tiers (aside from being caught by the Syrox which should be the top tier). Guards and prisoners alike (with only a couple exceptions) are almost all sadistic and horrifyingly depraved pure evil monsters who enjoy killing in the worst possible ways, no one’s willing to protect anyone from being randomly attacked, there’s no escape, multiple criminal conspiracies are going on, each day two prisoners are selected for televised death matches, and the Syrox is roaming the pipes.
love the lore man keep it up, great video.
Hey the stupendous wave can you talk about the evolution of the cloners from kamino from both legends and the eu
I survived. Incredibly entertaining and informative.
I survived!
The Void is just Star Wars purgatory.
And, I think there is one you missed for tier 1.
BEING the "Chosen One". Surely there was never a greater pain than that endured by Anakin, right up to about 5 minutes before his death.
Come now Stupendous. Dr Aphra told Vader that as long term planning to not be unalived by him when their business eventually concluded.
I survived.
Thanks for the lore and video as always!
I survived. I just subbed to your channel I love Star Wars lore
2:34
bro did NOT just throw shade at *that* incident XD
like yeesh not defending the idiots for being idiots but still...
8:39 sounds like the need Iroh to teach them lighting redirection
That's rudely funny😅😂😅
I survived. And my worst nightmare is that the force is disgusted with my very existence, i would not live the life of plagueis or vitiate. And so i want the force to pleased with my very existence.
I remember in one of the older books or comics or table top books that a guy who had been shit with a 10mm slug thrower said that when he got shot in a similar part by a blaster it hurt more and caused more damage.
For those who dont know slug throwers mean conventional rifles and machine guns etc. Generally blasters have shorter ranges than their real world counter parts, with the benefits being lethality per round and ease of logistics for militaries and individuals, but baring the clones primaray seevice weapon, slug throwers have longer ranges and can transmit more force to armors. So it might now pierce the durasteel, but the guy your fighting is definitely going to feel it kind of a deal, especially since slugthriwers tend to have a longer lethality and injury range consistabtly vs blasters
By the way, you would not freeze in space that quickly. in fact, you would boil. Due to the lack of pressure, reducing the boiling points of your bodily fluids. Saliva, blood, eyes, etc.
i survived...... death by my own foresight.... that would be the worst way to go to me.
Dying for eternity....
Isn't that just becoming immortal but feeling really crappy all the time? :D
Survived and my fate has already been seen and survived. My worst fate has already been seen and survived...What I would tell would make Vader flinch.
Thanks! Be blessed!
If I understood correctly Darth tenebrous is stuck in a kinda death loop. Why am I thinking of Golden Experience Requiem's theme after hearing this?
If you were still conscious while frozen in carbonite I'd say that'd be like enteranl Mondays
Lord all these terrible ways to die man can it get any worse and for Star Wars it most certainly can!
Being consumed/absorbed by Abeloth should certainly be on the list. Definitely a Tier 1 and easily in my top 5 worst.
The sarlac pit keeps its prey alive for those thousands of years and assimilates them into its mind right? peoples fate is worse than you described in this video
Exactly, it's a common misunderstanding but falling into the sarlaac is basically hell.
The "From a certain point of view" ROTJ sarlaac story was lol. Quit throwing things in my mouth!
I survived thank you for satisfying my thirst for knowledge
Galaxy full of soldiers and warriors and not a single mention of Death By Powerpoint. Litterly the worst thing to happen in the military
I survived. The last two are the definition of hopelessness.
I survived 🤗. For me, the worst death would be via the genosian brain worm. This video is now one of my favourite and was so much fun to watch. 😊
At this point the Star Trek universe is the best place to live .
I SURVIVED!!! And after seeing this, perhaps its for the best that the Galaxy remains far, far away
Luke being one a rock fighting on another planet as a force ghost then all of a sudden dying 😢
Fucking love this video as a concept LOL. I think Dash would agree with me that Shmi's tied up bondage adventures with the Tusken's was a pretty low way to go, or should I say those damn Sand People.... I wish there was an R to make hard in Sand People. Oh well.
What about the b'omar monks? That seems pretty terrifying. Or even Darth Sion not being able to die?!?!?! That's gotta suck.
One brutal death I didn’t see mentioned that 100% belongs in Tier One:
Death by ship explosion in space. I’m talking about when your ship is blown apart-like really blown apart-and you’re caught in the blast. Think about it: you survive the initial explosion for just a few seconds-on fire, gasping for air-as your ship crumbles around you. Then you’re sucked into the vacuum of space. No air. No gravity. You’re freezing and burning at the same time, your lungs collapse, and the silence hits you harder than the explosion.
Now multiply that by thousands, and you’ve got what happened when Luke blew up both Death Stars. Stormtroopers, officers, technicians-countless people died in seconds in some of the most horrific, chaotic, and miraculous ways imaginable. Some were incinerated instantly, others got spaced through airlocks or trapped under collapsing metal, and a few probably saw it coming. That kind of death? 100% Tier One.
hm not sure teh DS 1 and 2 would be the same, considering this, when a tie fighter blows the pilots in a suti so yeah that horrid way to go, But both DS had huge reactor cores, so when they blew up more akin to a nuke detonating few seconds of searing pain then your cosmic dust.
Everyday we have get stupendous Gainz!
You know in those cultivation manga, Manhwa. There are systems that force MC's to do that. Insane daily grinds.
@@DavidVincent-f5lno but I got to check that out
I definitely survived, interesting information
I survived! And I would say Darth Scion's fate is pretty horrific. Sure its self imposed, but feeling so much pain from so many years constantly, horrible
I survived..ooh nightmares of being immortal in Carbonite for eternity...shivers I say. Shivers
I survived. Makes me wonder if the dark faces of shadow in the font of power are all the beings of the dark side imprisoned in chaos.
I suppose being on an exploding ship/planet, or getting eaten by a rancor/rathtar (or an Ewok) would be in category 5 i'd say.
Being on a planet as it's targeted by the Death Star's super laser might be quick, but would be terrifying. The other thing I thought of was being cast into the Void after failing Essence Transfer (I read the Darth Bane trilogy not too long ago)
I survived. But yeah, it's the Knoll-Knoll for me. That sucks!
I've always wanted to know what happens to the average person who dies in Star wars. Do they return to the force, do they reincarnate, do they go into Oblivion, or is there an Afterlife?
If I did essence transfer I would make force sensitive clones of my self. So it be easy to control and consume the body
Whats up with sith and suffering for eternity for failing to take over a body, Sidious, tenebrous and Bane
Getting tossed into the Sarlacc Pit takes #1 for me
getting eaten by a monster is not as scary as getting sucked out into space. No way. No sir.
I survived. Can't say that for Darth Tenebrous, though.
Hi Stupes, would u ever consider doing a battlefront 2 walk-through stream? Hands down my favourite Star Wars game ever.
What about having your spirt bound to a place by a sith like we see in rebels when the grand inquisition says there are fates worse than death?
You know it's bad when hyperspace deaths are at the BOTTOM.
thanks Darth Stupendous :)
I survived, but here is a true mystery. All life in Star wars even crystalline life (The Shard) have Midicloreans, it is by nature even to clones to hold true. Qui-Gon even said that life cannot exist without them, this was likely a metaphor but what would happen if a human from our world went to the Galaxy?
10:13 I like how the picture on the far right is a bunch of xenomorphs from alien but I don't think it belongs in a video about Star wars
There is another
having to listen to Anakin's thesis
Came for the Thought Bomb.
Might've included the Krytos Virus and a Technobeast transformation in tier 3
Darth Nihulis wasn't just a wound in the Force; He was the closest thing Star Wars had to a Cosmic Wendigo.
I survived thinking on every single way to die in the star wars universe is very interesting to say the least
I survived the great content
I survived!
Soooo what about the nameless, much the same as Nihlus’ victims except the terrifying feeling they give before feeding on a force sensitives energy.
Also, what about what the emperor did to Revan, possible eternal torment etc
What about the technovirus? I assume that would be pretty high up.
Drinking too much and not being able to lay down without mega vertigo
The worst fate is what happened to your never finished "What if Quigon Jin trained Anakin" story!!!! COME ON MAN!!!!
❤ Amazing video! Fates worse than death is a huge theme in my book, Umbra Moon by Ash Vaughan. It's a dark fantasy about a monster hunter going after the God-King that killed her father.
I survived, and I want more Sith lore
I survived. Good video
It's alive
Question to everyone. Do you think its possible to use the force to literally rip the enemies internal organs out of their mouth ala Ermac first fatality in MKX. Personally the worst way to go in Star Wars is the Sarlac Pit. Pure suffering for god knows how long keeps me up at night thinking about these lovecraftian abominations to all that's unholy.
I figured entechment would be on the list. That's one that freaked me out when I first heard about it.
